# Privacy Policy

## Who we are

Carpath Labs is a brand of Advanced Wood Works SRL, Str. Perilor 8, Urziceni, Ialomița, Romania, CUI 41338204, Trade Register no. J21/506/2019 ("we"). We are the controller for website and pilot sign-up data, and a processor for data our apps handle inside your HubSpot account. Contact: [support@carpathlabs.com](mailto:support@carpathlabs.com).

## What we collect and why

The Tags app never reads contact or company details such as names, emails or phone numbers. It reads and writes only the Tags property.

## Who processes data for us

HubSpot (website, forms, CRM), our application hosting provider (EU region), Zoho (email), and Stripe once paid plans start. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, we rely on safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

## Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest, by writing to [support@carpathlabs.com](mailto:support@carpathlabs.com). You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).

We'll post changes on this page and update the date at the top.
