# Terms of Service

1. **Who you're dealing with.** These terms are between you and Advanced Wood Works SRL, Str. Perilor 8, Urziceni, Ialomița, Romania, CUI 41338204, Trade Register no. J21/506/2019, trading as Carpath Labs.
2. **Who can use the apps.** Businesses with a HubSpot account. By installing an app, you confirm you may act for your company.
3. **The pilot.** During the pilot, the apps are free and provided "as is". Features may change, and we may end the pilot with 30 days' notice.
4. **Your data.** Data in your HubSpot account stays yours. We process it only to run the app, as described in our [Privacy Policy](https://www.carpathlabs.com/privacy?hsLang=en). Uninstalling stops all access; your HubSpot data stays in place.
5. **Fair use.** Don't misuse the apps, attempt to break their security, or use them against the law or HubSpot's terms.
6. **Fees.** Any future paid plan will be announced on our website at least 30 days before it applies to you. You can uninstall at any time.
7. **Liability.** To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months (zero during the free pilot).
8. **HubSpot.** HubSpot is a separate company; its own terms cover your HubSpot account. Carpath Labs is not affiliated with HubSpot.
9. **Law.** Romanian law applies. Disputes go to the competent courts at our registered office.
